"Day 4, first 10 miles in the rain but never mind.. lunch time, the going is a little easier, great effort lads, we just need to keep the lactic acid at bay.... the hard climbs are behind us yippe" - Andy Heaton

Cycle B2B - Day 4 - Alison Heaton prepares lunch for Paul and James

Awesome 117 miles today! Still hilly, 2000 metres climbed but no comparison to the previous days.
We had our first issue yesterday - the GoPro Camera mount snapped whilst doing 30mph down a hill... Lost the front cover... but fortunately we found all the important bits. We also found James' limit! His first hundred miler with a Hors Cat climb to start and a mountain to finish, great effort!

"My boys are awesome. I don't know how they do it." - Alison Heaton

Check out the full route here.  A lot flatter today, but still an impressive ride.
